Does Aftersend Enterprise Work with Third-Party Anti-Spam Solutions

Yes. Aftersend Enterprise does work with Anti-Spam solutions, even if you need to replace your MX records. We will direct our internal emails directly to Microsoft for processing outbound emails, skipping your email security. This does not reduce the effectiveness of your security, as the email has already been processed.

How to Remove Aftersend

For removal please do the following: 1. Navigate to https://aka.ms/olksideload 2. Select "My Add-Ins" 3. Scroll to the bottom 4. Find "Aftersend", select the three dots, and then "Remove" It may take up to 48 hours for Microsoft 365 to process

If you'd like to access Aftersend tracking information outside of Outlook, you can easily install Aftersend Viewer, a desktop edition of Aftersend. First, navigate to https://app.aftersend.com/dashboard and sign in. The next step is dependent on your browser, but it is likely to look similar
