These settings can only be accessed/changed by team administrators and owners.

Automatically create Aftersend user on Exchange email

In order to make giving your team access to Aftersend easy we provide the ability to automatically create an Aftersend user when we process an email with the following conditions:

  1. Your team has this setting enabled.
  2. The user sending or receiving the email doesn't have an Aftersend account.

Once we create an account for the new user, they will receive an email from us to set a password and explain why they have created an account.

This means you can give Aftersend access to your team using only Outlook group management.
