If you'd like to access Aftersend tracking information outside of Outlook, you can easily install Aftersend Viewer, a desktop edition of Aftersend.
First, navigate to https://app.aftersend.com/dashboard and sign in.

Select the "Install Aftersend" button in the URL box and then install.
