- Head over to my.aftersend.com
- When prompted for your email address and password, press "Forgot Password" at the bottom
3. Enter your account email address and press "Submit"
4. Head to your email client and find the email we have sent to you

5. Press "Reset Password", which will open your browser
6. Enter a new password into the two inputs and press "Submit"
7. Return to my.aftersend.com and test your new credentials.
